Next Monday August 5th, from 6 – 9 pm, there will be an open studio event at Artfunkl Artist Residency to showcase mine and four other international artists’ work and process: Mayo Koide from Japan, James Charlton from New Zealand, Irish artist Lisa Gingles who lives in Spain, Satheesh Paul from Bahrain, and myself, Monika Rosen from Canada.This is the culmination of our six week residency in Manchester, and the aim is to give a unique and more personal insight into our respective art practices.
